Brenna Badeker is the Senior Operations Manager at Big Picture Learning. She has a strong passion for innovative education and wholeheartedly believes that the key to a better future for all is to invest in our world's young people. Brenna is also an alumni of a Big Picture school, giving her a unique and deeply personal perspective when it comes to our work.

She holds a BA in Community Studies (UC Santa Cruz) and a MA in Organization & Leadership (University of San Francisco). Before working with BPL, Brenna spent several years working in local government and in healthcare, striving to foster fairness and transparency.

Outside of work, you can find Brenna trotting the globe as our resident digital nomad, spending time with her family or friends, reading a good book, scuba diving, working on a puzzle, or lounging by the nearest body of water.
